陈定山，现代书画家、美术史论家、文学家、实业家。浙江杭州人，十岁起学诗文、书画、昆曲、皮黄。十四岁入法政大学，后入圣约翰大学，因不合兴趣退学，步父后尘踏上文坛。1929年第一届全国美术展览会在上海展出时，任特刊《美展》三日刊的主编之一，后任上海美术周刊《美周》主编之一。1948年赴台湾，在中兴大学、淡江文理学院等校执教外，重操文字生涯。晚年美术论文辑成《定山论画七种》，1969年由台北世界文物出版社出版。在台北等地举办个人书画展多次。工诗词，善画山水花卉。
