闫承恂，中国美术家协会会员，辽宁师范大学美术学院副教授。1996年毕业于东华大学艺术设计学院视觉传达设计专业，获文学学士学位，1996年担任辽宁师范大学美术系教师，2006年毕业于辽宁师范大学文学院文艺学专业，获硕士学位。现年40周岁。
