韩晓群(1958.8—)又名寒烨，回族，宁夏银川人。擅长油画、工艺美术。1979年考入西北民族学院美术系油画专业。1983年后任宁夏美协秘书长。作品《无风的天》(油画)获1986年宁夏首届塞上书画展优秀作品奖；《春秋之一》(水彩画)获宁夏第二届青年美展优秀作品奖。电影宣传画《斯巴达克斯》获西北五省区首届电影宣传画一等奖；速写作品获“宁夏速写展览”佳作奖。
