彭柯，男、汉族，字樵夫，号梦斋，1954年8月生于重庆。现为中国美术家协会会员，重庆市中国画学会副秘书长，重庆中国诗书画研究院花鸟艺委会主任，重庆市九龙书画院副院长，高级美术师。
彭柯自幼随父习画，专攻国画山水、花鸟画。1976年调入重庆造型铸锻厂任工会美术干事、厂宣传部美术专职干部；1985年在中国书画函授大学学习；1988年在北京煤炭管理干部学院书画研究部国画班学习。1989年进修于中央美院。并受教于郭怡琮、姚有多、白雪石、贾浩义诸先生门下。
近年来，彭先生创作的国画作品入选中国文化部、中国文联、中国美协主办的“世界华人书画展”（作品《原野》入选）、“全国中亨杯书画大展”、“金彩奖、牡丹杯大展”、“第二届全国花鸟画展”（作品《巴东春梦》入选）、“全国诗人、书法家、画家作品大奖展”（获优秀奖）、“全国第九届美展”（作品《归春》入选）、“全国世纪风情中国画展”、“中国当代著名花鸟画家作品展”（获优秀奖）、“跨世纪中国著名画家作品展”、“2000年全国中国画展”、“中国美协赴澳大利亚作品展”、“2002年全国中国画展”（获优秀奖）、“2003年全国中国画家提名展”等全国性大展，2004年全国中国画提名展、东彭柯、彭志灵中国画展、纪念徐悲鸿诞辰110周年国际美术家作品展览、第二届中国美术家协会会员中国画精品展。在2012年创作的花乌画被选入中国美术家协会员精品展

成就及荣誉
2002年被国家人事部授予“当代中国画杰出人才”奖。
1999年12月应邀赴马来西亚举办个人画展。
2002年12月在广东顺德蓉城艺术馆举办个人画展。
