卢晓波，生于1968.4，中国美术家协会会员，副教授，任教于长江师范学院美术学院。先后毕业于三峡学院、四川美术学院，2006年至2007年清华大学美术学院访问学者。
创作的中国画作品多次入选分别由文化部、中国文联、中国美协、重庆市美协等部门主办的大型美术作品展览。发表中国画理论研究文章10篇，编著13万字著作一部由辽宁美术出版社出版发行。作品先后在全国重要的美术专业学术期刊《美术》、《美术观察》、《美术大观》、《美术界》等，发表共计30余幅。表现渝东南涪陵乡土田园风情的《水墨家乡》系列作品共计有50余幅，先后在北京宋庄、798国际艺术中心，北京画院美术馆、山东齐鲁艺术馆、辽宁盘锦美术馆、涪陵博物馆举办作品联展并取得良好的评价。

近年来主要的社会影响：
2008年涪陵电视台专题采访报道渝东南田园乡土主题的《水墨家乡》；
2008年、2010年分别获得涪陵区政府颁发的第十五、十六届“乌江文艺奖”“一等奖”；
2009年获“重庆市第五届艺术奖”（美术类）；
2009年创作中国画作品《金色的风》获重庆市第三届中国画展览“二等奖”；
2009创作中国画作品《欢乐的苗乡》在《重庆市第四届美术作品展览》中评为“优秀作品”；
2009年参加《江山重庆----中国画名家邀请展》，重庆文广新局、重庆画院主办；
2010年中国画作品《欢乐的苗乡》被中国美术家协会收藏。
2011年参加《传承探索---重庆画院2010美术作品邀请展》；
