包于国(1927.2—)原名邦恩，又名玉国，浙江定海人。擅长美术教育管理、中国画。1949年9月就读于北京京华美术学院，1950年入中央美术学院，195３年毕业后留校工作。长期从事美术教育管理、组织、研究工作，历任中央美术学院教务科长、处长、中国画系副主任、书法艺术研究室领导成员等职，副教授。
