段建华，男，1980年生，河南省郸城县人，中国美术家协会会员，河南省美术家协会会员，江苏国画院特聘画家。
幼承家教，酷爱书画篆刻，多年临池不辍，1997年入北京画院进修师从王文芳研习山水艺术有成。
1996年，作品《牧归》在河南省首届美术新人新作展中获优秀奖。
1999年，《霜染秋林晴岚秀》入选由中国文化部文化艺术人才中心主办的“99澳门回归中国画摄影作品大展；《太行春晓》在记念孔子诞辰2550年书画大展中获优秀奖；《塬上秋》入选在由珠海鑫光集团房地产开发公司主办的鑫光杯迎澳门回归中国画精品展；《秋染太行》在庆祝建国五十周年暨迎接澳门回归全国诗人、书法家、画家作品大将展览中被评为优秀奖，并于9月17日至23日在由中国诗书画研究院主办的中国人民军事博物馆隆重展出。
2000年，《春染黄土层峦秀》在河南中国画展（北京展）中获“精品”奖；《太行秋歌》在由云南省政府世博会主办的宣传文化大型活动部“世纪中国风情”中国画大型画展中评为“入选”作品。
2001年，《群岭松云图》在河南省首届山水画艺术展中获铜奖。
2002年，《夏晴》入选由河南省花鸟画研究会主办的河南第十届花鸟画展览；《巴山春晴》入选《欢庆十二大中国西部大地情中国画展》。
2003年，《云绕庭院松风起》入选由合肥人民政府主办《2003年全国中国画作品展》。
2004年，《太行瑞雪》在由江苏省文化厅主办的江苏省文化厅精品创新工程“现代都市水墨画展”中获优秀奖；《曲径通幽》入选纪念邓小平诞辰100周年全国美术作品展。
2005年，《霜重色愈浓》入选首届中国写意画作品展览。
2006年，《西蜀胜境》入选由中共省委宣传部主办的《第三届西部大地情　中国画油画作品展览》获优秀奖。
