范国华，河南项城。1986年毕业于广州美术学院版画系，2000年结业于中央美术学院版画系研究生同等学历班。
现为广州美术学院版画系副主任、副教授、硕士研究生导师；中国美术家协会会员，北京中国书画收藏家协会常务理事，广东省青年美术家协会副主席。
有作品参加第八届全国美术作品展览、“鑫光杯”迎澳门回归中国画精品展、广东省首届中国画展、第十九届亚洲国际美术作品展、中国高等美术院校素描艺术精品邀请展、中国版画百年回顾展、中日国际版画展。
作品被中国美术馆、中国军事博物馆、英国木刻基金会等收藏。
版画《牛仔组画》之四入选第八届全国美展、国画《永恒的记忆》获鑫光杯迎澳门回归中国画精品展优秀奖、木刻《黄土宝地》之一入选中国百年版画展。
