黄志生(1943.8—)福建惠安人。擅长版画、中国画。1966年毕业于福建师范大学艺术系，后留校任教。历任河南焦作市矿务局中学美、音、体教研组长，焦作市工艺美术厂厂长，河南省书画院创作研究室主任，一级美术师。作品多次入选全国美展及出国展。作品有《南国晨风》(中国美术馆收藏)、《桃园三英图》等。出版有《黄志生历史人物画选集》。
