邢永川(1938.5—)山西交县人。擅长雕塑。西安美术学院雕塑系研究生毕业。西安美术学院雕塑系主任、教授，陕西雕塑艺术委员会主任。享受政府特殊津贴。作品多次入选全国美展。雕塑《虎城将军》获第六届全国美展银奖，《朱雀》、《新酒令》、《协力》、《青松》等获全国城雕设计优秀奖，体育美展优秀奖。大型城雕有《冼太夫人》、《对弈》等。出版有《走向新空间》、《中国雕塑研讨与创作》、《鬼斧神工》等。
