邢成林，祖籍山东安丘人。生于青岛市。擅长雕塑、美术教育。1965年中央美术学院雕塑系毕业，师曾竹韶、于津源、滑田友、钱绍武等著名雕塑家。大学毕业后至福建工艺美术学校任教并致力于寿山石刻、黄洋木雕和德化陶瓷的研究。
返回青岛从事工艺美术教育及城市雕塑工作。现任中国美术家协会会员、中国雕塑家协会会员、青岛工艺美术学校高级讲师。作品大理石雕《冲浪》获首届全国体育美展银奖；中国奥委会收藏；石雕《黑鲷》获第七届全国美展银奖，大型花岗石纪念群雕《山河魂》获山东省城雕塑优秀设计奖，大理石雕刻《黑鲷》获第七届全国美展银牌奖。在川多年的教授及雕塑创作探索中，深受中国汉、唐以来的优秀雕刻传统。特别是巧妙利用石材的固有形态、天然机理、班阑色彩，创造出一种气魄大的浑然之美，既具雕塑特有的材质美又极具现代形式感的浑然天成的气度，受到国内外人士瞩目。
