李仲如,1973年出生于济南,祖籍福建省惠安县。2003年获中央美术学院雕塑系硕士学位;2007年获中国艺术研究院博士学位。李仲如博士对中国当代雕塑创作特定范畴的专题研究,弥补了中国当代雕塑史论上这一领域的空白。她通过对当代雕塑家的创作梳理与研究,更加清醒地认识了雕塑创作的规律,也在对当代雕塑家的采访接触中学习到了许多宝贵的创作经验。她逐渐树立了自己的创作理念:用雕塑表达“境外之境”即雕塑的意境应当延伸到雕塑之外,有更广阔的外延。

顾森研究员:《慧眼兰心——中国学院背景女雕塑家创作研究》一书作者李仲如为女性,受过良好的、系统的雕塑创作训练(本科、硕士均为雕塑专业)。这就形成她更贴近雕塑艺术本身观察问题的角度。後又经过博士阶段的学习,艺术理论上更上一层楼,能将一些我们常见的、纷杂的雕塑艺术现象梳理出来并提高到理论高度来认识和阐述。此书以大量的调查为基础来开展20世纪中国有学院背景的女雕塑家的研究。故书中对这些雕塑家的历史追述、生存现状、创作活动与艺术风格等方面的分析和结论,有根有据、切合实际并有自己独到的见解。全书讨论了女性雕塑家创作中的女性视角,通过理性思考与作品分析相结合,较好地向我们展示了女性雕塑家创作中的特殊性(女性意识和女性特征),同时还讨论了女性雕塑家成长的社会环境和艺术环境。全书材料丰富,文风朴实而有逻辑性。相信此书的写出,定会对中国现当代艺术史的研究,提供了弥足珍贵的材料和思路。

Researcher Gu Sen: Li Zhongru, the author of "Hui Eye Lan Xin - Creation Research of Female Sculptors with Background of Chinese Academy", is a woman and has received good and systematic training in sculpture creation (both undergraduate and master's degrees are sculpture majors). This forms her perspective closer to the observation of sculpture art itself. After the Ph. D. study, the art theory goes up to a higher level, which can sort out some common and complicated sculpture art phenomena and raise them to a theoretical level to understand and elaborate. This book is based on a large number of investigations to carry out the research of female sculptors with academic background in China in the 20th century. Therefore, the analysis and conclusion of these sculptors'historical recount, survival status, creative activities and artistic style are well-founded, realistic and have their own unique views. The whole book discusses the female perspective in the creation of female sculptors. Through rational thinking and work analysis, it shows us the particularity of female sculptors'creation (female consciousness and female characteristics), and also discusses the social and artistic environment in which female sculptors grow up. The book is rich in materials, simple and logical style. I believe that this book will provide valuable materials and ideas for the study of the history of modern and contemporary Chinese art.
Professor Huang Lin: The Series of Feminist Academic Theories of the Cenozoic Era has launched a young and new feminist scholar camp, such as Li Zhongru, Ph.D., Sculpture Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Art.... Li Zhongru's "Hui Eye Lan Xin - Creation Research of Female Sculptors with Chinese Academy Background", which is based on intensive thematic research. The deep artistic accomplishment and exquisite artistic skills of female sculptors in the background of Chinese Academy were carefully demonstrated. The case study conducted by different topics showed the gender characteristics of the growth and success of Chinese female sculptors. The close reading of the important works, or contemporary Chinese women's life, not only reflects the researchers'own good artistic attainments, but also reflects the strength of gender interpretation. Contemporary female art critics are growing up and maturing. They have more and more eyes for the study of Chinese and foreign art.
