林绍灵，1957年生于浙江宁波。中国美术家协会会员、浙江省美术家协会理事、浙江省水彩画家协会副主席、宁波市美术家协会副主席、《中国水彩》特约编辑。1996年《走向光明》获第三届全国水彩画、粉画展览金奖；《走进阳光》获《首届中国青年水彩画大展》新人奖（最高奖）；1997年《风雪征途》在新亚欧大陆桥美术作品汇展中获金奖；1999年《行色匆匆》参加第九届全国美展《中国百年水彩画展》大型回顾展；1999年5月获浙江省人民政府颁发的“第三届浙江鲁迅文学艺术奖成果奖”提名；1996年3月—6月应邀赴（瑞士）列支登士敦举办画展；2002年应美邀，赴旧金山举办《中国著名水彩画家林绍灵画展》；2010年《风雨兼程》获第九届全国水彩画、粉画展“中国美术奖提名”。
