周爱珍(1939.1—)女，浙江慈溪人。擅长油画、水彩画。1958年毕业于华东艺志美术系。曾任教于华东艺专、苏州工艺美术专科学校，苏州刺绣研究所高级工艺美术师。油画《候车》入选第六届全国美展；《苏绣女》入选第二届中国艺术节美展；水彩画《洗》入选中国美术作品展；粉画《我家的狗》入选第七届全国美展。发表作品《喜悦》、《金鱼》、《白猫》等。
