李清白（1949.12.26～）湖南祁阳县人。中国美术家协会会员，衡阳市美术家协会第七、八届副主席，衡阳日报美术编辑，衡阳市书画院特聘画家，《湖湘文化名人衡阳丛书》学术顾问。先后有《英模报告会会场录》、《朱大爹旅游拾趣》、《咱们村里电视多》、《挡道》、《军队和老百姓》、《同志们好》、《追星》等作品8次入选第六、七届全国美展及纪念建党、建军等全国大展。

《岁月无声》入选“中国美术金彩奖”并被收藏，《晨》、《山水》分别在美国和新加坡展出，《山水》特邀参加“中央电视台建台45周年书画展”并被收藏，《重托》等多件作品入选“全国群星奖”，《惠风吉日》2007年入选“第四届中国美协会员精品展”并被收藏，《山野微风炊烟斜》2008年入选“中华书画名家庆奥运”大型书画展并入编《丹青流芳》画册，《繁忙的二月八》入选“第五届中国美协会员精品展”并入编画册，《清香益远》入选《和平颂――神七太空艺术飞行之旅优秀作品集》，《山乡秋歌》入选第二届中国山水画艺术双年展，《端午雨》入选第六届中国美协会员中国画精品展。
出版过十余套连环画，作品入辑多部画册并被拍卖机构拍卖成交和被单位个人收藏，传略入编多部辞书。
