邹传安：1940年生，湖南省新化县人，中国美术家协会会员，湖南省文史研究馆馆员、湖南师范大学美术系客座教授，湖南省娄底地区文联名誉主席，国家一级美术师。退休前供职于湖南省娄底地区文联，任文联副主席、美协主席、画院院长。

长期致力于工笔花鸟画的研究与创作，功力深厚，艺术语言丰富。

Zou Chuan'an: Born in 1940 in Xinhua County, Hunan Province, a member of China Artists Association, a librarian of Hunan Cultural and History Research Museum, a visiting professor of Fine Arts Department of Hunan Normal University, honorary chairman of Loudi Wenlian Federation, Hunan Province, and a national first-level artist. Before retirement, he served in the Loudi Cultural Federation of Hunan Province as Vice-Chairman of the Cultural Federation, Chairman of the Artistic Association and President of the Academy of Painting.
