贾世泉(1956.8—)北京人。擅长舞美设计、中国画。1977年毕业于北京艺术学校舞台美术专业。后在北京歌舞团从事舞台美术。1982年毕业于北京电影学院后到峨眉电影制片厂，1985年调北京铁道部《科技报》从事电视专题创作及展览设计。中央电视台“美术星空”编导、二级美术师。作品《云中飘荡》入选建军60周年全军美展；《足迹》入选第二届中国体育美展；《迷彩》入选第八届全国美展。

贾世泉少年时代就在艺术方面兴趣广泛，对绘画更是独具天赋。十几岁就开始对景物写生，对名画临摹。中学期间受到了美术老师绘画创作的影响，从而为自己树立了追求的目标。1975年考入北京艺术学校舞台美术专业，三年的寒窗苦读，对绘画基本功进行了正规严格的培养和训练。毕业后分配到北京歌舞团从事舞台美术工作。在1978年恢复高考后，考入北京电影学院美术系，进行了四年的系统学习，于1982年毕业，获学士学位。分配到峨嵋电影制片厂从事电影美术工作。在此期间，从未间断油画的创作，作品多次入选四川省美术作品展和全国美术作品展。1985年调铁道部展览处从事美术设计工作，后任铁道影视音像中心高级美术师。此期间创作的油画作品多次入选北京市美术作品展、北京油画展、全国美术作品展等大型美术展览；于1992年在中央美术学院陈列馆举办了个人油画展，题材以风景和人体为主。其中《密林沼泽》等作品入选由中央美术学院承办的《中国油画家作品新加坡请展》，多幅油画作品被收藏家收藏。1995年，任中央电视台《美术星空》栏目导演，拍摄创作了《走进黄胄》、《说话军事美术》、《巡访军旅画家群》、《关于女性艺术》、《谈谈美术电影》、《决澜社画家——宠薰琴》、《关良》、《卫天霖》等二十余集美术家的专题节目，中央电视台播放后在美术界反映良好，多集作品获政府“飞天”优秀电视节目奖和中央电视台“银屏奖”。近几年，赴意大利、奥地利、法国等澳洲国家进行了艺术考察和学习。出版有《有色的透镜》、《贾世泉油画—1991》。中国美术家协会会员、北京美术家协会会员、中国电影美术学会会员、《人民铁道》报社高级美术师。
