郭金标，1944年生，天津人。中国美协会员，国家一级美术师，天津美协山水画专业委员会副主任，天津画院画家。早年师从津门画家严六符，研习传统绘画，后长期研习北派山水画。其作品追求凝练与放逸的精神风骨，画风跌宕奔放，颇具形式美感而又富于生活气息及时代特色。
