李慕白（1913.8—1991.4）浙江海宁人。中国民主同盟盟员。画家，中国美术家协会会员，擅长年画。1928年入上海稚英画室学习月份牌年画。他和金雪尘两人为“稚英画室”的顶梁柱。“稚英画室”早期，由杭稚英画月份牌中的人物，金雪尘为之配背景。后来李慕白的人物画得越来越好，杭稚英就让李慕白同金雪尘搭配合作，自己退居组织指导构图，担任对外联系工作。杭稚英对李慕白尤为重视，将自己的小姨嫁给李慕白，结为姻亲。
1931年李慕白从师杭樨英、陈秋草学画。1949年后曾参加上海中苏友好大厦室内壁画创作。1954年受聘为上海画片出版社特约年画作者。1956年受聘为上海人民美术出版社特约年画作者，并创办慕白画室，培养青年年画作者。
《中国人民的伟大领袖毛主席》在1951—1952年全国新年画评奖中获奖；《采莲图》被中国美术馆收藏。作品《武松打虎》1961年获第三届全国年画评奖三等奖。与金雪尘合作的《女排夺魁》获1983年第三届全国年画评奖一等奖和1984年第六届全国美展荣誉奖章。1985年获第三届全国年画评奖荣誉奖。有《李慕白、金雪尘年画选集》。
