 水彩画作品入选中国美协主办的第二届、第四届、第七届"全国水彩、粉彩画展"。国画作品《生命》、《仓山古塬》分别获中国美协主办的全国大展金奖、《情怀》获"第五届全国山水画展"银奖、《翔鹤图》获第三届中国世纪大采风金奖、《童趣》获中国文联主办"世界华人艺术大展银奖"、《荷塘倩影》获"首届奥林匹克书画艺术大展"优秀奖、《远古的呼唤》入选"第二届北京国际美术双年展";国画作品连续三届参加中国美协、书协、故宫博物院主办的"全国著名书画家邀请展"。其他众多作品在展出中获奖或入选。2002年为人民大会堂创作《金山岭晨光》和《白洋淀晨曦》巨幅国画，其中《金山岭晨光》作为中外元首会见常用之背景。应邀为钓鱼台国宾馆、西柏坡纪念馆、河北省博物馆、河北省委、焦裕禄纪念馆等单位作画并收藏陈列。

 作品被中外众多文化艺术机构及知名人士收藏。2008年被中国知识产权局授予“中国知识产权文化大使”称号；2011年在法国巴黎举办“中国画名家邀请展吴建潮作品展”，并被授予“中法文化交流使者骑士勋章。”曾荣获“中国百杰画家”及“中国十大杰出青年山水画家”称号。《人民日报》、《人民政协报》、《光明日报》、《文汇报》、《求是》杂志、《中华儿女》、《今日中国论坛》、《中国新闻人物》、《联合日报》、《河北日报》、《美术报》、《美术论坛》、《中国艺术》、《北京文学》等中央、省、市电视台众多新闻媒体给予宣传报道。作品入编《当代中国著名书画家》、《中国当代实力派作品选》、《中国中青年艺术家精品展作品集》、《中国当代艺术界名人录》、《世界美术作品选集》等 众多收目。出版有《吴建潮作品集》、《中国当代艺术名家吴建潮作品专集》、《中国现代书画百杰-吴建潮作品选》、《河南画报吴建潮专刊》等。

 Wu Jianchao, formerly known as Wu Jianchao, the word Chunxun, is the Dragon Man of Changshan Slope. Born in Zhengding, Hebei Province in 1964, he graduated from College of Arts and Crafts, Hebei University in 1985. Former Vice President of the Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, and now President of the Chinese Artists Club, Researcher of the Academy of Calligraphy and Painting of the Central Museum of Literature and History, Member of the Chinese Artists Association, Member of the Chinese Prose Society and other art institutions consultants, professors, etc.

Watercolor paintings were selected for the 2nd, 4th and 7th National Watercolor and Pastel Exhibition sponsored by the Chinese Artistic Association. Chinese painting works "Life" and "Cangshan Ancient Plateau" were awarded the Gold Prize of the National Exhibition sponsored by the Chinese Association of Fine Arts, the Silver Prize of the Fifth National Landscape Painting Exhibition, the Gold Prize of the Third China Century Drawing Style for Xiang He Tu, the Silver Prize of the World Chinese Art Exhibition sponsored by the Chinese Federation of China, and the Silver Prize of the lotus pond Qian Ying respectively. The 2nd Beijing International Biennial of Fine Arts was selected as the "Excellent Prize" and "Call of the Ancient". Chinese paintings participated in the "National Famous Callers and Painters Invitation Exhibition" sponsored by the Chinese Art Association, the Academy of Calligraphy and Painting and the Palace Museum for three consecutive years. Many other works were awarded or selected in the exhibition. In 2002, he created giant Chinese paintings of Jinshan Mountain Morning Light and Baiyangdian Morning Light for the Great Hall of the People. Among them, Jinshan Mountain Morning Light is a common background for Chinese and foreign heads of state to meet. He was invited to paint and collect exhibitions for Diaoyutai State Guest House, Xibaipo Memorial Hall, Hebei Museum, Hebei Provincial Committee and Jiao Yulu Memorial Hall.

Personal Honour

The works have been collected by many cultural and artistic institutions and well-known persons both at home and abroad. In 2008, he was awarded the title of "Ambassador of Chinese Intellectual Property Culture" by the China Intellectual Property Office; in 2011, he held the "Invitation Exhibition of Chinese Painters by Wu Jianchao" in Paris, France, and was awarded the "Knight Medal of the Envoy of Sino-French Cultural Exchange". He was awarded the title of "Chinese Baijie Painter" and "Ten Outstanding Young Landscape Painters of China". People's Daily, People's Political Consultative Conference, Guangming Daily, Wen Hui Bao, Qiushi Magazine, Chinese Children, Today's China Forum, Chinese Journalists, Lianhe Daily, Hebei Daily, Art Daily, Art Forum, Chinese Art, Beijing Literature 》 And many news media from central, provincial and municipal TV stations will give publicity and reports.
