郭德庵：(1930.1—)陕西华县人。擅长水彩画、雕塑。
1950年考入中央美术学院雕塑系，男，1953年毕业于北京中央美术学院雕塑系。1953年至现在受聘于北京清华大学建筑学院，副教授，无党派，已退休。
作品有《中华摇篮》、《山海关》、《白桦》等，在’89杭州中国水彩画大展中《雨润南国》获佳作奖；《竞争》1992年在法国6届尼斯国际艺术展获优秀奖。出版有《郭德庵作品选》。现为中国美术家协会会员，北京市水彩画会副会长，曾为中国建筑工业出版社《建筑画》杂志编委。
其作品曾在《人民日报》、《文艺报》、《北京科技报》、《河南郑州晚报》、《陕西长安日报》、《黑龙江日报》、《造型艺术》、《诗刊》、《水彩艺术》、《水彩选集》、《建筑画》、《建筑学报》、第一届《亚细亚水彩画作品》等刊物上发表，并曾参加全国六届、七届美展和杭州1986、1989和1990年全国水彩画大展。
作品《中华摇篮》获北京庆祝建国35周年文艺作品征集乙等奖，被市美协收藏。1987年7月北京风情展《樱桃沟》亦被市美协收藏。全国水彩画大展中，《雨润南国》获佳作奖。
作品还曾在日本、美国、澳大利亚、菲律宾、孟加拉、香港、台湾、科威特等国和地区参展，并参加第二届和第五届亚洲水彩画展。
1986年4月5日在北京师范学院美术系画廊举办“郭德菴水彩新作展”，1986年6月19日在河南省郑州画院画廊举办“郭德菴水彩画展”，1990年11月24日在当代美术馆举办“郭德菴水彩画展”，1993年1月在美国亚利桑那州举办个展。
其艺术简历已被载入《中国现代美术家人名大辞典》。
