崔东湑，1962年生于山东。中国艺术研究院研究生院中国山水画专业研究生毕业，获艺术硕士学位；现任职于中国国家画院教育培训中心，国家一级美术师，中国美术家协会会员。
作品多次入选全国美展并获奖。主要参加：“艺术经典”中国国家画院美术作品展、中国水墨名家十人展、“东方既白”中国国家画院建院三十周年青年美术作品展、当代中国画核心画家六十人学术邀请展、“醇墨溢彩”崔东湑中国画作品展、“以心接物”全国院校（硕士、博士）师生展、中国国家画院名家工作室优秀作品展、中国画家“走进黄河三角洲”名家巡回展、各年度中国国家画院院展、融.聚2009中国国家画院学术邀请展、全国第十届美展、第二届全国中国画展、全国第二届山水画油画对比展、全国第二届、第三届中国美协会员中国画精品展、清华大学美术学院师生十人精品展等诸多艺术展览和学术活动。出版有《崔东湑画集》、《崔东湑山水画集》、《清华大学美术学院作品集—崔东湑作品》、《21世纪优秀艺术家崔东湑作品集》、《崔东湑水墨画》、《21世纪有影响力画家崔东湑个案研究》、《崔东湑写意山水作品》、《中国当代书画名家崔东湑专辑》、《醇墨溢彩—崔东湑中国画作品集》等。
