姚舜熙(1961—)福建莆田人。擅长工笔重彩，白描，工笔写意。1989年毕业于中央美术学院中国画系。现任该院副教授，研究生导师。作品《闽山情》获首届全国山水画展铜奖；《静》获中华杯全国中国画大赛二等奖；《南国归线》获第八届全国美展优秀作品奖；《佛音》获世界华人书画展铜奖；《骄阳》入选全国十届美展。出版有《姚舜熙作品》等。编著有《中国古代画谱·吕纪卷》、《中国线描·翎毛卷》、《中国画坛百杰画家·姚舜熙作品》。众多作品被文化部、中央美术学院等收藏。现出版有两部国家级十一五教材。
