梁占岩，1956年生，河北武强人。1979年随著名画家周思聪、卢沉先生学习中国人物画，1990年在中央美术学进修结业。

现为中国美术家协会会员，河北美术家协会副主席，中国画研究院专业画家、创作研究室副主任。

作品曾参加第六届、七届、八届、九届、十届全国美展，第—、二届深圳国际水墨邀请展，曾多次在美国、日本、新加坡、香港等地举办展览和学术交流，并于94年在北京举办个人画展。《美术》、《艺术界》、香港《美术家》、台湾《雄师美术》、《江苏画刊》等多种专业刊物专题刊发表作品和评论文章。吉林书画苑推荐画家作品被中外美术馆收藏。代表作品及获奖情况：连环画《老井》获全国连环画评选“金环奖”；国画《男人在前方》获86全国美展佳作奖；国画《七色土》获第八届全国美展优秀奖；国画《红船》获98年文化部全国美术群星奖、银奖；国画《快乐北方》获第九届全国美展优秀奖。出版《梁占岩画集》、《二十世纪下半叶中国画家业书----梁占岩专集》、《古装人物画鉴赏大系:梁占岩》。2001年入选中国画百年画展。 2003年参加了文化部与中国画研究院举办的《东方之韵》。梁占岩的国画创作立足于本土题材的挖掘，融汇东、西方的艺术理念，加入个人对人生的理解，跳出了传统人物画狭窄的意境表现，用传统的笔墨程式，表现出了现代人特有的精神内涵.2007年参加“引领中国美术—范扬、梁占岩、张凡、范治斌中国画展”、“

2004年9月19日荣宝艺术精品拍卖会人物 （尺寸：35*138） 以17600元人民币的价格成交，约合每平方尺4400元人民币。

梁占岩国画作品

 Liang Zhanyan, born in 1956 in Wuqiang, Hebei Province. In 1979, he studied Chinese figure painting with renowned painters Zhou Sicong and Lu Shen, and graduated from Central Fine Arts in 1990.

Now he is a member of China Artists Association, Vice Chairman of Hebei Artists Association, Professional Painter of Chinese Painting Academy and Deputy Director of Creation Research Room.

His works have participated in the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th National Art Exhibitions, the 2nd Shenzhen International Invitation Exhibition of Ink and Wash, held exhibitions and academic exchanges in the United States, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and other places, and held personal art exhibitions in Beijing in 1994. Artists in Hong Kong, Taiwanese Master Art, Jiangsu Painting Magazine and other professional journals publish works and commentary articles. The works recommended by Jilin Calligraphy and Painting Garden are collected by Chinese and foreign art galleries. Representational works and awards: The comic book Laojing won the Golden Ring Award in the national comic book selection; the Chinese painting Men in the Front won the 86 National Art Exhibition Award; the Chinese painting "Seven Colors of Earth" won the 8th National Art Exhibition Excellent Award; the Chinese painting "Red Boat" won the National Art Star Award and Silver Award of the Ministry of Culture in 1998; and the Chinese painting "Happy North" won the National Art Exhibition Award. He won the Excellent Award of the Ninth National Art Exhibition. Publishing Liang Zhanyan Yan Painting Collection, Liang Zhanyan Yan Special Collection of Chinese Painters in the Second Half of the Twentieth Century, and Liang Zhanyan Yan Appreciation Series of Ancient Clothing Figure Painting: Liang Zhanyan Yan. In 2001, he was selected for the Centennial Painting Exhibition of Chinese Painting. In 2003, he participated in the "Oriental Rhyme" organized by the Ministry of Culture and the Chinese Painting Research Institute. Liang Zhanyan's Chinese painting creation is based on the excavation of local themes, integrating Eastern and Western artistic concepts, adding personal understanding of life, jumping out of the narrow artistic expression of traditional figure painting, using traditional ink and brush formulas, showing the unique spiritual connotation of modern people. The 7.7-square-foot work "Drunken Wong's Funny Picture" was created in 2004. It was sold at Rongbao Spring Art Auction 2004 at a price of 25,000 yuan plus a commission of 2,500 yuan, which is about 3570 yuan per square-foot.

On September 19, 2004, Rongbao Art Exhibition figures (size: 35 * 138) were sold at 17600 yuan, or 4400 yuan per square foot.
