田书翰，1949年生，天津人。现任中国人民政治协商会议全国委员会协力国际经济文化交流中心艺术部主任，中国国画家协会会员，北京工笔重彩画会会员。主画工笔、山水、动物、宫廷、院体画风范，作品被国家领导人、海内外政　治家企业家收藏。曾由北京工艺美术出版社出版“当代著名国画家技法解析——田书翰动物山水”。
1978年毕业于哈尔滨师范学院。1975年作品《一尘不染》参加全国美展。1993年在纽约举办个人画展。1997年应邀为钓鱼台国宾馆创作《千里暮云平》。1998年作品《曙光》参加中国美协、中央档案馆等部门举办的“纪念刘少奇同志诞辰一百周年作品邀请展”。
