黄土是生命之基，“点亮黄土”让生命鲜活而更加有意义！

刘坪镇隶属于甘肃省天水市秦安县，地处秦安县东北部，面积约60多平方公里，地形多属黄土高原和丘陵。在这片地广人稀的黄土地上，每一粒黄土就是一个鲜活的生命，尽书陇原大地的风情，构建出了丝绸之路的繁华，交融了世界文化的发展。

黄土、沟壑与土塬连绵不绝，山形地貌经岁月的销蚀，大起大落。平凡的一片黄土，伟大的是一个个在外游子思念故里的心，寄托与希望皆在这一背黄土中韵量。“黄土”看上去或温暖、或冷漠、或贫瘠、或深广，总是传达出一种特别深沉和厚重的感觉，它的意义已远不只是单纯的一片土地。黄土见证了文明的发展，也印证了无数生命走过的历程，成为了整个民族的人格化的象征体。

在新时代和全面实施乡村振兴战略的引领下，把公共艺术作为当代艺术介入公共空间和日常生活的一种路径，在满足人们日益增长的文化消费需求的同时，也会成为改变乡村文化建设，营造新的乡村公共空间与景观环境的一种文化意象。从公共艺术的角度出发，不同形式的艺术语言带来了个体的情怀和审美经验，带来了对村庄学习的热情，同时也带来许多现代化的理念与互联网时代的实践方式。通过当代艺术及艺术家们挖掘乡村的故事和脉络，以“当代中国”的视角去寻找对于“黄土”的新的理解和新的发展可能，从而为乡村振兴赋能。

“点亮黄土-刘坪田园美术馆公共艺术创作邀请展”正是基于一种崭新的视角和前瞻性的思考，将艺术与乡村现代化建设的融合和地方创生语境下改造乡村景观，美化乡村文化空间，捍卫乡村特色文化，发展乡村文化产业，促进乡村振兴而创立的新策略。在世界现代化的进程中，“艺术介入乡村”已成为人类文明进步中被时代选择和主推的一种文化语境形式，而且在诸多的实践中已不断创新出许许多多乡村振兴的新场域和新的文化内容，也满足了日益增长的民众的精神文明消费需求。

因此，可以说“黄土”养育了中华民族、产生了灿烂的民族文化。希望通过人与土地这种自古以来就存在的古老而又最永恒的关系和诸多如“点亮黄土”一样的公共艺术展览和具有在场性创作展示的项目，能够激活乡村、激发社会认同和情感共鸣，从而来引出一些“有益的思考”。

李裕君

独立策展人、艺术评论及媒体策划人

海河美术馆执行馆长、798第零空间主理人

出生于甘肃兰州，毕业于西北民族大学美术学院艺术设计专业，2018-2019年于中央美术学院美术批评专题高级研修班进修。自2006年起至今主要从事艺术策展、媒体策划、当代艺术个案研究、艺术评论及艺术机构运营等相关工作。曾担任北京不同艺见艺术中心执行馆长、《美术关注》副主编、《Ai艺术》主编、《当代艺术播报联合体》首席主播、99艺术网副主编、《绝对艺术》编辑、策划总监等。

主要讲座及课题：鲁迅美术学院当代艺术系《当代艺术策展与个案研究》《策展与营销》、沈阳M56美术馆《“后疫情时代”青年艺术家创作生态发展论坛》、四川美术学院雕塑系工坊《当代雕塑的创作意味与传播》、青岛世贸中心《沙龙：跨界合作中的艺术与国际教育的源力与阻力》、艺术厦门论坛《共建城市艺术生态系统》等。

曾策划：“多向度——破碎时代的散点探索”艺术展、“微观·止观”雕塑三人展、“物境-绘画样本研究计划”群展、“异乡人-当代族群经验研究展”、“不同之同”非具象艺术展、无形之态-当下的抽象与新表现艺术展、“心造之物-潮媒介与形式艺术展”、“后疫情时代”青年艺术家创作生态发展论坛、“临时逻辑-样本研究系列”等群展及论坛活动并策划中国美术馆学术邀请展系列：“琢木声远-萧立雕塑作品展”、“孟小为绘画作品展”、“奥德赛·布莱恩——胡顺香个展”、“二分之一的幸福”陈尚昌个展、“秘景之境”黄赛峰作品展、“梦游国-张静个展”、“浮生集-普鹏作品展”、“随心入影-陈赟个展”、“浮出水面-陈春木个展”、“信物-王波个展”、“阵列:从泥土到水泥-刘海港个展”、“三个对象”李秋实个展、“浸观-魏瑶个展”、“丢失底座的方尖碑·陈鸿志”等近50余位艺术家个案研究展。发表评论及专题文章30余篇。现工作、生活于北京。

刘坪田园美术馆简介

刘坪田园美术馆坐落于甘肃省天水市秦安县刘坪镇，是国内首家开放式乡镇田园美术馆。刘坪田园美术馆面向广阔的自然与田野，涵括刘坪全镇的自然环境、人文景观、村民生活等乡土资源，以艺术介入乡村建设和村民日常生活，激活乡土资源，助力乡村经济与文化的发展。

刘坪田园美术馆将以“中国桃乡，印象刘坪”地域形象塑造为核心任务，以公共艺术创作、乡村美育、研学基地创建、文创产品研发等形式展开，搭建乡土、传统与当代文化的关系，点亮黄土，装置乡村，加速刘坪镇乡村振兴的进程。同时，田园美术馆集艺术展览、收藏、研究、公共教育、文创产业于一体，致力于展示国内外前沿和新潮的艺术乡建成果，搭建实验艺术对话与交流的平台。我们期望，刘坪田园美术馆成为秦安县公共文化艺术的新亮点，并再次突破地理限域，成为中国艺术乡建活动的典范。

Liuping town is subordinate to Qin'an County, Tianshui City, Gansu Province. It is located in the northeast of Qin'an County, covering an area of more than 60 square kilometers. The terrain mostly belongs to the Loess Plateau and hills. On this vast and sparsely populated loess land, every grain of loess is a fresh life. It reflects the customs of Longyuan, constructs the prosperity of the Silk Road and blends the development of world culture. Loess, gully and tableland are continuous, and the mountain landform rises and falls greatly after years of erosion. The ordinary piece of loess, the great is the hearts of wanderers missing their hometown. The sustenance and hope are rhymed in this back of loess. "Loess" looks warm, indifferent, barren, or deep and wide. It always conveys a particularly deep and thick feeling. Its meaning is far from just a piece of land. Loess witnessed the development of civilization, also confirmed the course of countless lives, and became the personified symbol of the whole nation. Under the guidance of the new era and the full implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy, taking public art as a path for contemporary art to intervene in public space and daily life will not only meet people's growing cultural consumption demand, but also become a cultural image to change the rural cultural construction and create a new rural public space and landscape environment. From the perspective of public art, different forms of artistic language have brought individual feelings and aesthetic experience, enthusiasm for village learning, as well as many modern ideas and practical ways in the Internet era. Text / Li Yujun introduced Li Yujun to the curator of 798 Art District in Beijing on March 17, 2022. Li Yujun, independent curator, art critic and media planner, executive curator of Haihe Art Museum and the director of 798 zero space, was born in Lanzhou, Gansu Province, graduated from the art design major of the Academy of fine arts of Northwest University for nationalities, and studied in the advanced seminar on art criticism of the Central Academy of fine arts from 2018 to 2019. Since 2006, he has been mainly engaged in art curation, media planning, case study of contemporary art, art criticism and operation of art institutions. Zeng served as the chief editor and deputy editor in chief of aijian.com, as well as the chief editor of aijian.com, and as the chief editor of aijian.com. Now working and living in Beijing.  introduction to Liuping pastoral Art Museum Liuping pastoral art museum is located in Liuping Town, Qin'an County, Tianshui City, Gansu Province. It is the first open Township pastoral Art Museum in China. Facing the vast nature and fields, Liuping pastoral Art Museum covers the natural environment, cultural landscape, villagers' life and other local resources of Liuping town. It uses art to intervene in rural construction and villagers' daily life, activate local resources and help the development of rural economy and culture. Liuping idyllic art museum will take the shaping of the regional image of "China's peach Township, impression of Liuping" as the core task, and carry out in the form of public art creation, rural aesthetic education, the establishment of research and learning base and the research and development of cultural and creative products, so as to build the relationship between local, traditional and contemporary culture, light up the loess, install the countryside and accelerate the process of Rural Revitalization of Liuping town. At the same time, the pastoral Art Museum integrates art exhibition, collection, research, public education and cultural and creative industries. It is committed to displaying cutting-edge and trendy art rural construction achievements at home and abroad, and building a platform for experimental art dialogue and exchange. We hope that Liuping pastoral art museum will become a new highlight of public culture and art in Qin'an County, break through geographical limits again, and become a model of Chinese art township construction activities.
