《月华图》轴，清，金农绘，纸本，设色，纵116厘米，横54厘米。
画幅右下款识：“月华图画寄墅桐先生清赏。七十五叟金农。”钤“金吉金印”、“生于丁卯”印。又收藏印三方。鉴藏印“谭观成印”等3方。
此图是金农晚年画赠友人之作。全画中只有一轮满月，里面是凹凸起伏的阴影，外缘放射出赤橙黄绿青蓝紫组成的光芒。画面赋色简逸纯净，却表现出画家强烈的感情。传统作品中月亮往往被赋予神话色彩，内有嫦娥、玉兔、桂树等形象，在文人画中，更多的是作为补景出现。《月华图》的构思则别出心裁，以写实的手法直接表现月亮的光华，以奇致胜。此图画法上几乎看不到传统的笔墨之法，阴影的表现充分发挥了水墨在宣纸上产生的效果，与暖色调的淡色光芒形成对比，衬托出月光的皎洁明亮。画家在创作过程中意与神和、迹与手化，天趣自成，展现出画家非凡的想象力和创造力。张庚《国朝画征录》曾评金农画道：“非复尘世所见，盖皆意为之。”此图可谓前无古人，后无来者。

This picture is a gift of Jinnong's paintings in his old age. In traditional works, the moon is often endowed with mythological colors, with the images of Chang'e, Jade Rabbit, Osmanthus and so on. In literati paintings, it appears more as a supplementary scene. The conception of "Yuehua Tu" is unique. It expresses the brilliance of the moon directly by realistic means and wins by surprise. The traditional brush-and-ink method can hardly be seen in this drawing method. The expression of shadows gives full play to the effect of ink on rice paper. It contrasts with the light light light of warm tone and sets off the bright and bright moonlight.
