《黄山草堂图》卷，清，禹之鼎绘，纸本，设色，纵40.3厘米，横131.8厘米。

　　本幅左下自题：“壬午秋月禹之鼎写。”钤“禹之鼎”白文印，“慎斋”朱文印，右下角钤白文印“必逢佳士亦写真”。壬午为清康熙四十一年（1702年），禹之鼎时年56岁。

　　从尾纸顾瀛的题记中悉知像主为田广运，江南泰州（扬州）人。题记中记述田广运幼年能文，声名乡里。其祖父田显吉是清顺治十八年（1661年）进士，乡里的前辈说其子也将为进士，但未能言中，直至田广运中第之后，总算是祖孙接踵，始得继志。

　　禹之鼎凭藉对江南园林的熟悉，在狭小的尺幅中营造出春夏秋冬四季之景。暮冬初春，梅花朵朵，清淡宜人；阳春三月，玉兰满枝，暗香盈袖；八月清秋，海棠娇媚，秀色可餐。嘉树郁郁，翠竹萧萧，一花一木均见精神。青砖黛瓦，“听雨”；红栏水榭，“知鱼”；粉墙洞门，“穿月”。太湖石风骨秀爽，以黄石堆砌，表现其矗立于“天池”之畔云雾缭绕的情趣。中间一人悠闲垂钓，正如尾纸中陈彝的题诗：“十里烟波一钓徒，人生只合恋莼鲈。菉（施）毕竟娥眉妒，赢得鸣琴又一图。尧封直到海南天，便落风尘也似仙。请看图中是何世，仁皇甲子太平年。”

　　画面中主人公的面部用淡墨细勾五官，胭脂色淡晕两颧。将人物置于江南园林的背景下，“融端庄、含蓄、幽静、雅致于一体”，表现出“不俗”、“大雅”的文秀气质。

The title of the left-hand part of the picture is "The Ding of Yuzhi in Renwu, Autumn and Moon." Jun "Yuzhiding" white print, "Shenzhai" Zhu print, Jun white print in the lower right corner "must meet Christians also portrait". Renwu was 41 years old (1702) in Kangxi of Qing Dynasty. Yu Zhiding was 56 years old.

From Gu Ying's inscription at the end of the paper, we know that Tian Guangyun, a Taizhou (Yangzhou) man in the south of the Yangtze River, is the main image. In the inscription, Tian Guangyun's youthful ability to write is described, and his fame is in the countryside. His grandfather, Tian Xianji, was a scholar in the eighteenth year of Shunzhi in Qing Dynasty (1661). His ancestors in the countryside said that his son would also be a scholar, but they could not say it correctly. After Tian Guangyun's middle age, it was his grandfather and grandson who succeeded and succeeded.

With his familiarity with the gardens in the south of the Yangtze River, Yuzhiding creates a landscape of spring, summer, autumn and winter in a narrow scale. In early winter and spring, plum blossoms are light and pleasant; in March, magnolia is full of branches and sleeves; in August and autumn, crabapples are delicate and delicious. Jiashu is lush, Cuizhu Xiaoxiao, every flower and every tree can see the spirit. Bricks and tiles,'Listen to the rain'; Red Rail Water Pavilion,'Know Fish'; Pink Wall Tunnel Gate,'Wear the Moon'. Taihu Lake stone is beautiful and crisp. It is built with yellow stone, which shows its interest of standing on the Bank of Tianchi. One man in the middle fishes leisurely, just like Chen Yi's inscription on the tail paper: "Ten miles of smoke and a fisherman, life is only in love with perch. After all, she was jealous and won another song. Yaofeng till Hainan, the wind and dust fell like immortals. Look at the pictures of He Shi, the Peaceful Year of Emperor Ren Jiazi.

In the picture, the protagonist's face is delicately delineated with light ink and his cheeks are blushed with rouge. Placing the characters in the background of Jiangnan gardens, "melting dignity, implicitness, quietness and elegance into one", shows the elegant and gentle temperament of "not vulgar" and "elegant".
