傅抱石苏武牧羊图横幅-近现代-人物

 

苏武牧羊图》横幅,近现代,傅抱石绘,纸本,设色,纵62厘米,横84. 8厘米。

  本幅自题:“癸未十二月,傅抱石重庆西郊写。”钤“抱石私印”白文方印、“抱石得心之作”朱文方印、“往往醉后”朱文长方印。

  癸未为1943年。

  传统题材“苏武牧羊”是傅抱石“历史故实”绘画作品里常见的表现对象,此幅是较早的一幅。西汉时期苏武于汉武帝天汉元年(公元前100年)奉命出使匈奴,时年40岁。匈奴首领单于将其扣留,胁迫他投降。任凭威逼利诱,苏武坚贞不屈。单于将他放逐北海(今西伯利亚贝加尔湖附近)牧羊,希望残酷的生存环境能够动摇他的爱国信念。尽管天寒地冻,食不果腹,但苏武始终紧握汉节(汉朝发给使臣的符节),坐卧起行不离其身,节旄尽落,不易其志。及至汉昭帝的使者来迎接苏武还朝时,他已经远离故国19个寒暑了。

  图画定格在汉朝将领前来迎接苏武归国的一幕:群羊之间,须眉染白的苏武手执汉节傲然而立,双目向天,显示出坚毅深沉的性格;汉将鞠躬以示对前朝使节的敬重;匈奴官员或注目审视,或交头接耳,不禁钦佩老者的铮铮铁骨。阴沉惨淡的天空,茫茫无际的雪地,都为这戏剧化的场面烘托了静穆庄严的气氛。此图作于抗战晚期,画家借助苏武的故事表达了威武不屈的民族气节和抗战必胜的的信心,其意深远。

This self-titled picture: "Before December, Fu Baoshi wrote in the western suburbs of Chongqing." Jun "Baoshi Private Seal" in white, Zhu Wenfang Seal in "Baoshi Delicious Works" and Zhu Wenchang Fang Seal in "Often drunk".

The traditional theme "Suwu sheep herding" is a common object of expression in Fu Baoshi's "historical facts" paintings. This painting is an earlier one. During the Western Han Dynasty, Suwu was sent to the Huns in the first year of Emperor Wudi's Tianhan Dynasty (100 BC), when he was 40 years old. The leader of the Huns detained him and coerced him to surrender. Despite coercion and temptation, Su Wu remained firm and unyielding. He was banished from the North Sea (now near Lake Baikal, Siberia) to herd sheep, hoping that his patriotic beliefs would be shaken by the cruel living environment. Despite the cold weather and the lack of food, Su Wu always grasped the Han Festival (the Fu Festival issued to envoys by the Han Dynasty), sat down, got up and went without leaving him, and the festival was exhausted, so it was not easy to achieve his ambition. By the time the envoy of Emperor Zhaodi of Han came to greet the return of Suwu to the dynasty, he had been far away from his native country for 19 summers and winters.

The picture was fixed to greet the return of Su Wu from the Han Dynasty. Among the sheep, Su Wu, with white eyebrows, stood proudly in the hands of the Han Festival and looked up to the sky with both eyes, showing a firm and deep character; Han Jiang bowed to show respect for the envoys of the former dynasty; Hun officials either looked closely at them or listened to each other, admiring the iron of the old man. Bone. The gloomy and bleak sky and endless snow all set off a quiet and solemn atmosphere for this dramatic scene. This picture was painted in the late period of the Anti-Japanese War. With the help of the story of Su Wu, the painter expressed his national integrity and confidence in the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, which had far-reaching implications.
