江左之贤,粤惟安石,高卧东山,累辞征辟,岀为苍生,茂扬声实,谈笑折奸,从容胜敌,王室奠安,厥功谁匹,簪组蝉联,才华俊特,文武一门,有光载籍,遗像俨然,垂示无斁。
太傅之后子孙散处江东西甚众,若新淦莒州谢氏,实其派系,谢氏之良,曰师轼者,读书好礼,家藏李伯时所写太傅像,笔意精到,卷轴如新,非嗣世之贤,什袭之谨,能如是乎!师轼闲托其乡亲,予邑令丁侯炼,持以求题,故敬为之赞。
成化十九年,岁次癸卯春二月之吉,荣禄大夫少保吏部尚书兼谨身殿大学士致仕,淳安商辂赞,四明徐兰谨书。
鉴藏印为“文水钱容之审定真迹”。
《谢安像赞》是明商辂为谢氏后人所藏东晋谢安像而作。徐兰书于明成化十九年(1483年),时年约40余岁。
此卷书法体势扁平,结字秀整,布白均匀,笔势舒展明朗,形体全以楷书体势为之,自具风神,是明代难得的隶书佳作。

Xie'an Xiangzan was written by Shangbi in the Ming Dynasty for Xie's later generations in the Eastern Jin Dynasty. Xu Lanshu was about 40 years old in the nineteenth year of Chenghua in Ming Dynasty (1483).
This volume of calligraphy has flat body, neat knot, uniform cloth and white, clear and stretching strokes, all of which are based on regular script, with its own style and spirit. It is a rare masterpiece of Li Shu in Ming Dynasty.
