徐霖篆书四言诗卷-明朝-篆书

《四言诗》卷,明,徐霖书,纸本,篆书,纵29.5厘米,横62.8厘米。

  释文:

  蘅从圜方,剖分玄黄。日月悬象,着明阴阳。人参两仪,身为己冈。貌言视听,内思外荘。动植柔刚,品德水形。开物成敄,器用有常。穷数尽变,六义括囊。始一终亥,欮旨寔宏。图书卦画,表里发扬。自非神圣,制作熟当。编继简紊,踵袭面墙。岌绎先训,部列叙明。启蒙致格,人文化成。吴郡徐霖书。

  款下钤印“徐氏子仁”、“九峯道人”。无鉴藏印。

  卷后有清翁同龢题跋一则。 

  此书为四言诗一首。

  此卷篆书书写方法称为“玉筯篆”。“筯”,一作“箸”,即筷子。清陈澧《摹印述》云:“篆书笔划两头肥瘦均匀,末不出锋者,名曰‘玉筯’,篆书正宗也。”即指书写时线条无粗细变化,竖笔无垂脚,且结体圆长。此书的笔法出自秦李斯《泰山刻石》,点画谨严,字体修长,字型大小一样,章法纵横有序,别具姿态。徐霖传世篆书甚少,而赝品较多,因而此卷甚为难得。

Annotations:

He divides Xuanhuang from the border. The sun and moon hang in suspense, with bright, Yin and Yang. Ginseng is two instruments, as a self-Gang. Look, see and hear, think inside and think outside. Live and plant soft and rigid, moral water shape. It is often used in utensils. The infinite number changes and the six meanings embrace. From the beginning to the end of Hai Dynasty, the purpose is ambitious. Books, hexagrams and paintings, exterior and interior carry forward. It's not sacred. It's well-made. Simple succession, one after another against the wall. Cen deduced the precepts and described them in detail. Enlightenment, culture. Xu Linshu of Wujun County.

"Xu Ziren" and "Jiuzhao Taoist" were stamped under the section. There is no seal of identification.

There is a postscript by Qingweng Tonghe after the volume.

This book is a four-character poem.

The writing method of this volume of seal script is called "Jade seal". Chopsticks are chopsticks. Chen Li of the Qing Dynasty, in his copy, said: "The seal scripts are fat and even at both ends, and those who do not make a breakthrough at the end are called"Yuqian". The seal scripts are also authentic." That is to say, when writing, there is no change in line thickness, vertical pen without vertical feet, and the knot is round and long. This book is based on Qin Lisi's "Taishan Carving Stone". Its stippling is rigorous, its font is slender, its font size is the same, its composition is vertical and horizontal orderly, and it has a unique posture. Xu Lin handed down few seal books from generation to generation, but there were many fakes, so this volume is very rare.
